"My mother was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and my family wanted to take family photos and create wonderful memories together. I was in contact with a photographer and, unfortunately, after setting a date and time,t he person never showed. Needless to say, we were very discouraged and disappointed. The same night that the previous photographer cancelled, I called around Grapevine to talk with a few other photographers.
I am so fortunate that Rob answered and we were able to have a productive discussion because he immediately set a new time and date and was very kind and diligent. Due to my mother's treatment, we had to cancel a few times; but Rob remained committed to helping my family. He is a compassionate, capable, and absolute professional!
